5. Seller Verification Data
If you register as a seller or apply for Live Shopping eligibility, we collect additional information including: government-issued identification documents (for age and identity verification), date of birth, bank account or mobile money details (for payout processing), business registration documents (if applicable), and proof of address. This data is used solely for seller verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. ID documents are securely stored and encrypted at rest. You may request deletion of verification data by closing your seller account.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Privacy → Download My Data. You may also opt out of marketing communications.
7. African Data Protection
We comply with applicable African data protection laws including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), Kenya Data Protection Act, South Africa's POPIA, and Ghana's Data Protection Act.

Seller verification documents are retained for the duration of the seller relationship plus 5 years for regulatory compliance. You may request data deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
